We are not a party to any agreement between Admins and Clients.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Payments & Stripe Integration

Payments on RentSpace HQ are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe. By using our platform:

  • You agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and policies
  • You acknowledge that we do not control or hold funds
  • Payments are made directly between Clients and Admins

Important:

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment failures or delays
  • Stripe outages or downtime
  • Chargebacks or disputes
  • Fraudulent transactions

Admins are solely responsible for managing refunds and disputes.

4. Platform Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary downtime
  • Server outages
  • Data loss
  • Third-party service failures (including hosting or payment providers)

5. Security & Hacking Risks

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge:

  • The platform may be subject to cyberattacks, hacking, or unauthorized access
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from such incidents unless required by law

Users are responsible for maintaining their own security practices.

6. Responsibilities of Admins

Admins agree to:

  • Provide accurate listings and availability
  • Honour bookings made through their portal
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of Admin listings.

7. Responsibilities of Clients

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking details
  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Respect the Admin's terms and policies

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the system
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Access other users' data without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on RentSpace HQ remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentSpace HQ shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from bookings between Admins and Clients

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Your use poses a risk to the platform or other users
